AICTE Saksham Scholarship 2023 – Application Status, Eligibility, Registration

All India Council for Technical Education invites applications for the Saksham scholarship scheme for specially-abled students. Details of the scheme are available on the AICTE website. Interested students can apply online through the NSP official portal https://scholarships.gov.in

Pragati and Saksham’s scholarship is a Ministry of Human Resource Development scheme implemented by the All India Council for Technical Education to encourage and help specially-abled students to study technical education.

Students are not eligible for both scholarships, students can apply to either Pragati or Saksham scholarship scheme. Aadhaar card and bank account in the name of students is compulsory to apply online application for the schemes.

The scholarship amount will be transferred directly into the student’s bank through DBT. Applicant must have an active saving account in any national bank. Applicants who are studying in AICTE-approved institutes are also eligible for the scheme.

Students of 1st year admitted in AICTE-approved technical institutions for diploma or degree level may also apply. The last date to apply online application is 17th January 2023. Incomplete applications received after the last date will be rejected. Offline Applications will not be entertained.

Apply Indira Gandhi Scholarship for Single Girl Child 2023

No. of Scholarship:

One Thousand (1000) 500 scholarships for degree students and the remaining 500 for diploma students.

Eligibility Criteria:

• The scholarship award shall be transferable if there is no eligible applicant available in any degree or diploma course.
• Students with no less than 40% disability are eligible for the scheme.
• Student’s parents/guardians’ annual income should not be more than eight lakh rupees from all sources.
• The selection will be done on the basis of merit.
• 15% for SC, 7.5% for ST, and 27% for OBC students.

Scholarship Amount:

• A tuition fee of Rs.30,000/- each year
• Incidentals charges of Rs.2000/- pm (10 months)

How to Apply for Saksham Scholarship 2022-23?

Students are required to visit https://aicte-pragati-saksham-gov.in the official website in order to apply online. Submit the duly filled-in application form complete in all respect along with scanned attested copies of certificates. Offline applications are not accepted.
