All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has notified the procedure to be followed by eligible students for PG (Post Graduate) scholarship through DBT of GATE/GPAT/CEED scholarship. It is to inform all the students admitted to AICTE approved Institutions/Students studying in AICTE approved institutions/Courses first year of the academic year 2022-23.
Online applications are invited from All India Council for Technical Education approved Institutions for disbursement of postgraduate scholarships through Direct Benefit Transfer for the first-year students admitted in the year 2022 having qualifying marks with valid GATE/GPAT/CEED scores.
Detailed instructions and processes to apply for online registration of students and approval of eligibility criteria of the student by the institute are available online on AICTE’s official website www.aicte-india.org. Detailed general guidelines FAQs can also be viewed by visiting the AICTE web portal which is available in the public domain.
Students may follow the instructions available at www.aicte-india.org on the AICTE website for filling PG scholarship application. The application cannot be submitted without filling in the bank account details.
Visit the AICTE web portal by following the simple steps mentioned below. Please ensure your Aadhaar card details along with bank account details are entered correctly before submitting the application.
The last date for the creation of student IDs and submission of forms by the students under the AICTE is 31st December 2022 and the last date for verification of application by the institute is 15th January 2023.
AICTE PG Scholarship Scheme Details:
Organization: All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)
This scheme is eligible only for those candidates who are admitted to M.E/M.Tech/M.Pharm on the basis of a valid GATE score and the students admitted to full-time courses.
Students should not avail of any kind of scholarship/assistance through State or Central Government.
Students qualified under SC / ST / OBC / PH must submit the certificate for GATE/GPAT.
The scholarship will be provided only for two years or till the completion of the courses whichever is earlier.
The Latest NCL certificate is required for OBC students.
All the required documents shall be self-attested by the students.
All eligible students shall upload their information on or before the last date on the AICTE web portal.
Eligible students may visit the official AICTE portal website pgscholarship.aicte-india.org follow the instruction, fill out the application form, and upload the scan documents online.
