Apply Odisha Post-Matric Scholarship Scheme for 2022-23
The Odisha Government put online the post-matric scholarship 2022-23 application and widened its scope to encourage students from the underprivileged sections to pursue higher qualifications.
The PMS has been a major scheme to facilitate higher and technical education among the weaker sections such as ST/SC/OBC/SEBC/EBC and minority students.
The Odisha government has, over the last many years, already taken various measures to help & promote education for students who belong to the economically weaker section.
The govt is trying very hard to bring the SC/ST/OBC/SEBC and EBC people to the mainstream by enabling quality education. The govt monitoring thoroughly the implementation of the stipend and expanding its support for the students in the near future.
Students are required to fill up their application form online and register themselves through the Odisha State scholarship portal introduced by SC/ST Development, Minorities & Backward Classes Welfare Department.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Students should be permanent residents of Odisha.
- SC/ST/OBC/SEBC students who are continuing their post-matriculation studies in any recognized institute.
- The annual income of the family of the SC/ST student from all sources should not exceed Rs.2,50,000/- per annum.
- OBC/SEBC student’s family should not exceed Rs.2, 50,000/- per annum from all sources.
- OBC/SEBC students must secure at least 50% marks in the previous exam.
How to Apply for Odisha Scholarship Online?
All eligible students need to register for a new application. A new login ID can be generated using your Aadhar card.
Students can log on to https://scholarship.odisha.gov.in and apply online. The details for submission of fresh / renewal applications for availing are available online on the Odisha State official website.
The students will have to submit their personal details in the online application form along with passport-size photos, caste, income certificates, etc.
The completed forms will go to institutes for verification and then to the District Social Welfare Officer whose approval will lead to a sanction of the amount. The stipend will be directly deposited in the bank account of the students.

- To know your PMS application status online.
- Visit https://scholarship.odisha.gov.in.
- Then click on the Know Your Status link.
- Enter your Aadhaar number or Application ID.
- Then click on the Get OTP button.
- You will then receive the OTP on your registered mobile phone number.
- Enter the OTP number and check your status online.
Application Renewal 2022-23?
All the eligible students who are prosecuting their study at post-matric are hereby informed that the filing of renewal applications online is on or before 30 Nov 2022.
Eligible students who are continuing their studies in the same institution are advised to renew their applications online and obtain a printout copy of the renewal application form and submit the same to the concerned institutes, where they are studying, for further processing.
The renewal application will be allowed only at the student level. Students are advised to renew their applications from their respective IDs within the due timeline.

Every year the Karnataka State Government provides post-matric scholarships for all eligible students through the ePass application. It is one of the most important welfare measures initiated by the Karnataka Backward Class Welfare Department. The main aim is the educational upliftment of poor students.
Currently, the Backward Classes Welfare Department has a separate Commission, continuing programs to provide backward classes with social justice, educational incentives, and financial assistance to the community.
With the last date for application approaching, students are encouraged to avail of this opportunity to further their education. The scholarship covers tuition fees, maintenance allowance, and more, easing the burden on students and their families.

Kar Epass Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants who belong to SC and ST categories and whose parent’s income is not more than Rs.2 lakhs per annum from all sources are eligible to apply.
- Those belonging to Backward Class (BC), Extremely Backward Class (EBC), and Disabled whose parent’s income is not more than Rs.1 lakhs per annum from all sources are eligible for kar epass scholarship.
- Students with a minimum of 75% attendance are eligible to apply to the scheme.
- Applicants who are studying post-matric in college are recognized by the Karnataka State Govt.
- Students admitted under any sponsored quota or management quota seats are not eligible.
- Students who are pursuing part-time or online courses are not eligible for the scheme.
- Economically Backward Class students studying inter or any equivalent courses.
How to Apply for Karnataka Scholarship Application Online?
Applications invited from eligible backward classes students studying post-graduate courses for 2023-24 scholarship applications online. So, students are requested to apply for fresh and renewal applications on or before last date.
Students are required to apply online only through its Karepass official portal website. To do this:

- Click on the “Apply Online” button.
- Select “Fresh” or “Renewal” registrations.

Kalpana Chawla Scholarship Scheme (Chatravriti Yojana) 2023-24
The Government of Himachal Pradesh provides Kalpana Chawla Chhatravriti Yojana or also known as the Kalpana Chawla scholarship scheme for the top meritorious girl students of Himachal Pradesh state in order to inspire them for higher education.

All Government / Government aided colleges to invite scholarship application forms from the top and talented 2000 meritorious students of all study groups such as Science, Arts, and Commerce streams of their colleges, based on passing marks in each group and as per the merit list provided by Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education.

It is to inform all the eligible students that the HP e-Pass portal reopens for the Kalpana Chawla scholarship scheme and other schemes for the academic year 2023-24 for fresh/renewal applicants. No application form would be entertained after the last date.
Under this scheme, an amount of Rs.15000/- (Fifteen Thousand) will be provided to the student per year. It will be given strictly on 10+2 merit declared as such by the H.P Board of School Education, Dharamshala to the students of Government / Government Aided / Private schools affiliated with the H.P. Board of School Education.
Scholarships will be awarded to the girl students who take admitted as regular students in any recognized post 10+2, academic, professional, or technical course from any government-aided or recognized private institution for its full term subject to satisfactory performance each year.
The scholarship will be renewed and carried on till they complete the degree/diploma/certificate course. All the eligible students will have to apply online and submit the application along with a 10+2 certificate, the next successive passing class/ diploma certificate/admission certificate directly to the Director of Higher Education.

How to Apply for Kalpana Chawla Scholarship 2023-24?
- All eligible and meritorious Students can register on the portal by using the link https://scholarships.gov.in.
- After registration on the portal, students may apply for the scheme.
- Students also need to submit the printout of the online application form along with all the necessary certificates directly to the head of the institute.
- Students must submit the previous year’s mark sheet (both semesters) for renewal application and a 10+2 mark sheet for fresh registration.
- Printout copies of all documents uploaded must be submitted at the academic branch.
- The income certificate should be in the name of the parents and the certificate should not be older than one year.
- 2024 is the last date to apply online at the NSP portal.
Scholarship Renewal:
The scholarship award will be renewed every year till the completion of the degree/diploma/certificate course. For renewal, students must upload the latest bank statement of the bank passbook and should submit the receipt of the previous session to the academic branch.

Thakur Sen Negi Utkrisht Chatravriti Yojana (Scholarship Scheme) 2023-24
Himachal Pradesh is pleased to notify the following guidelines for the implementation of the scholarship of Thakur Sen Negi Utkrisht Chhatravriti Yojna for 2023-24 in the H.P. Education department.
This scholarship will be awarded to the top 100 female and 100 male students who belong to the tribal community of Himachal Pradesh by the H.P. board of school education, strictly on the basis of merit 10+1 and 10+2 classes in a recognized institution within or outside the state. The renewal in +2 will be subject to satisfactory performance in the 10+1 internal examination.
The scholarship will also be given in case the eligible students take admitted in any professional/technical course after matric, in any recognized institution within or outside the state, however, it will be limited to a maximum of 2 years after matric. The renewal in the second year will be subject to satisfactory performance in the first year of the course.
Under this scholarship scheme, an amount of Rs.11000/- per year will be given to each eligible student for successive two years after matric. That the eligible students must belong to ST of HP as declared by the H.P. Government from time to time.

How to Apply TS Negi Utkrisht Chatravriti Yojna 2023-24?
The eligible students will have to apply online on NSP’s official website https://scholarships.gov.in. After registration on the portal, students need to submit the scholarship application form along with the necessary certificates to the respective heads of the institution.
The heads of the institution will then forward the duly filled application form to the Director of Higher Education before the date notified by him in this regard.
