Delhi Government offers a merit scholarship to SC / ST / OBC / Minority students studying in VI class to XII class students getting at least 55% marks in the previous exam at the school level and 60% marks at the college level. Providing free stationery to the SC / ST / OBC / Minority students a number of Rs. 450/- to Rs. 750/- per annum class VI to class XII to buy stationery.
Delhi Scholarship Schemes Details:
Organization: Department of the Welfare of the SC, ST, OBC, and Minorites
• The students studying in class 1st to class 12th in whose parents’ annual income is not more than Rs.3,00,000/- from all sources.
• There are no minimum marks required for classes 1st to 8th.
• At least 50% marks is a must for 9th to 10th class students.
• The applicants studying in class I to class Vth will be eligible for reimbursement of tuition fees regardless of marks, but in the case of applicants studying in class 11th to 12th, reimbursement of tuition fees will be given only to those students scoring 60% marks and above.
• All applicants require at least 80% attendance.
Financial Assistance for Stationery (1st to 12th class):
1st to 8th Class – Rs.3,000/- PA
9th to 10th Class – Rs.4,000/- PA
11th to 12th Class – Rs.5,000/- PA
Merit Scholarship for 1st to 12th Class:
This scholarship scheme is eligible for students studying 1st-12th class from any recognized school/college in Delhi.
Students whose parents’ income should not be more than Rs.3.00 lakh per annum for SC/ST/OBC category students.
Merit Scholarship for Professional and Technical Institutions:
Students must secure not less than 60% marks or above marks in the previous examination.
This scholarship scheme is eligible for pursuing any Degree Course / Diploma Course / PG Course or any Professional or Technical Course from any recognized Colleges or Institutes.
Dr.BR.Ambedkar State Toppers Award:
The scholarship award is given to the applicant, who tops amongst the SC/ST/OBC/Min community.
Rs.25,000/- will be given to each topper at the graduation level.
The college and university may ensure that all eligible and deserving applicants are covered under this scholarship scheme.
Post-Matric Scholarship for SC/ST/OBC:
The scholarship is applicable only to SC/ST/OBC students of Delhi.
Whose parent’s annual income is not more than 2.5 lakh for SC/ST and Rs.1.5 lakh for OBC from all sources?
Students who are pursuing their studies in any Govt. recognized in Delhi or outside Delhi for the year.
The eligibility of the students will be provided and scholarships will be given as per the guidelines of the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment.

Pre-Matric Scholarship for SC/ST/OBC:
The scholarship is eligible only for SC/ST and OBC category students of Delhi.
Students studying in the 9th and 10th classes in any government-recognized or private schools.
Whose parent’s annual income is not more than Rs.2.5 lakh from all sources.
It’s a centrally sponsored scholarship by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment.
School applicants cannot apply for State as well as Central scholarships during the same academic year.
To apply for any scholarship, an Aadhaar card of the student is a must.
The students need to register in the district of the Government of Delhi portal by using their Aadhaar card number or electoral photo identity card and selecting the scholarship and entering the details.
If the student is already a registered user on the e-district website, then he/she should log in instead of registering for scholarship renewal. The student should fill out the application form properly and upload the recent photo and required certificates as per the scheme.
All the details of students will be forwarded to the respective Schools and Universities. The Head of Schools or Universities will examine the scholar’s details and approve the applicant’s records. Applicants should take a printout of their online application form and keep it for further reference.
The income certificate issued by any competent authority is a mandatory requirement for applying to any scholarship scheme for 2021-22. Where the documents are uploaded, the income certificate shall also be required to be uploaded on the National Scholarship Portal.
In all other cases, where uploading of documents is not required, the income certificate shall be produced before the school/institute for verification of the applicant’s online application.
The students studying outside Delhi may also apply online and take a hard copy (printout) of the application form and get it verified by the college/institute. The students may download the formats online.
Students should also submit a printout of the application form along with necessary documents to the Deputy Director (Scholarship), Department for the Welfare of SC, ST, OBC B-Block, Vikas Bhawan, 2nd Floor, IP Estate, New-Delhi-110002.
Every year the Karnataka State Government provides post-matric scholarships for all eligible students through the ePass application. It is one of the most important welfare measures initiated by the Karnataka Backward Class Welfare Department. The main aim is the educational upliftment of poor students.
Currently, the Backward Classes Welfare Department has a separate Commission, continuing programs to provide backward classes with social justice, educational incentives, and financial assistance to the community.

Karnataka Epass Scholarship Scheme Details:
Organization Name: Karnataka Backward Class Welfare Department
Applicants who belong to SC and ST categories and whose parent’s income is not more than Rs.2 lakhs per annum from all sources are eligible to apply.
Those belonging to Backward Class (BC), Extremely Backward Class (EBC), and Disabled whose parent’s income is not more than Rs.1 lakhs per annum from all sources are eligible for kar epass scholarship.
Students with a minimum of 75% attendance are eligible to apply to the scheme.
Applicants who are studying post-matric in college are recognized by the Karnataka State Govt.
Students admitted under any sponsored quota or management quota seats are not eligible.
Students who are pursuing part-time or online courses are not eligible for the scheme.
Economically Backward Class students studying inter or any equivalent courses.

IRDP Scholarship Scheme
It is to inform all the eligible students that the HP e-Pass portal reopens for the Kalpana Chawla scholarship scheme and other schemes for the academic year 2023-24 for fresh/renewal applicants. No application form would be entertained after the last date.
Under this scheme, an amount of Rs.15000/- (Fifteen Thousand) will be provided to the student per year. It will be given strictly on 10+2 merit declared as such by the H.P Board of School Education, Dharamshala to the students of Government / Government Aided / Private schools affiliated with the H.P. Board of School Education.
Scholarships will be awarded to the girl students who take admitted as regular students in any recognized post 10+2, academic, professional, or technical course from any government-aided or recognized private institution for its full term subject to satisfactory performance each year.
The scholarship will be renewed and carried on till they complete the degree/diploma/certificate course. All the eligible students will have to apply online and submit the application along with a 10+2 certificate, the next successive passing class/ diploma certificate/admission certificate directly to the Director of Higher Education.
Kalpana Chawla Scholarship Scheme Details:

The scholarship will be awarded each year to the top 2000 meritorious girl students of all study groups i.e. Science, Arts, and Commerce stream based on the passing ratio in each group as per the merit list supplied by the H.P. board of school education.

How to Apply for Kalpana Chawla Scholarship 2023-24?
All eligible and meritorious Students can register on the portal by using the link https://scholarships.gov.in.
After registration on the portal, students may apply for the scheme.
Students also need to submit the printout of the online application form along with all the necessary certificates directly to the head of the institute.
Students must submit the previous year’s mark sheet (both semesters) for renewal application and a 10+2 mark sheet for fresh registration.
Printout copies of all documents uploaded must be submitted at the academic branch.
The income certificate should be in the name of the parents and the certificate should not be older than one year.
2024 is the last date to apply online at the NSP portal.
Scholarship Renewal:
The scholarship award will be renewed every year till the completion of the degree/diploma/certificate course. For renewal, students must upload the latest bank statement of the bank passbook and should submit the receipt of the previous session to the academic branch.

Himachal Pradesh is pleased to notify the following guidelines for the implementation of the scholarship of Thakur Sen Negi Utkrisht Chhatravriti Yojna for 2023-24 in the H.P. Education department.
This scholarship will be awarded to the top 100 female and 100 male students who belong to the tribal community of Himachal Pradesh by the H.P. board of school education, strictly on the basis of merit 10+1 and 10+2 classes in a recognized institution within or outside the state. The renewal in +2 will be subject to satisfactory performance in the 10+1 internal examination.
The scholarship will also be given in case the eligible students take admitted in any professional/technical course after matric, in any recognized institution within or outside the state, however, it will be limited to a maximum of 2 years after matric. The renewal in the second year will be subject to satisfactory performance in the first year of the course.
Under this scholarship scheme, an amount of Rs.11000/- per year will be given to each eligible student for successive two years after matric. That the eligible students must belong to ST of HP as declared by the H.P. Government from time to time.
How to Apply TS Negi Utkrisht Chatravriti Yojna 2023-24?
The eligible students will have to apply online on NSP’s official website https://scholarships.gov.in. After registration on the portal, students need to submit the scholarship application form along with the necessary certificates to the respective heads of the institution.
The heads of the institution will then forward the duly filled application form to the Director of Higher Education before the date notified by him in this regard.
