Apply Kerala Scholarship Online for Academic Year 2021-22
Department of Collegiate Education, Government of Kerala invites online applications for PMS (Pre Matric and Post Matric Scholarship) and MCM (Merit-cum-means Scholarship Scheme) for fresh & renewal from the eligible students studying in Kerala irrespective of their community.
The Directorate of Collegiate Education and Ministry of Human Resources also provides a Central Sector Scheme (CSS) of scholarship for college and university students from the present academic year. Applicants are requested to apply online through NSP (National Scholarship Portal) official website https://scholarships.gov.in.
Kerala DCE scholarship award will be distributed among the meritorious students belonging to the minority community throughout India. Students must obtain at least 50% in the previous examination. The scholarship will be discontinued the applicant fails to obtain 50% or equivalent.
Based on the population of the particular state of these minority communities, financial assistance will be provided to continue degree /PG level technical and professional courses from any Government recognized institution.
The scholarship amount will be made by electronic transfer only to your Nationalized Bank Account preferably through DBT for speedy disbursement of scholarship payment. Only those scholarship applications filled online from the official website along with necessary documents submitted to the concerned department within the given timeline are entertained.

Different Category of Kerala Scholarship:
1. Post-Matric Scholarship for Minorities: |
- A first-year student of an undergraduate course or post-graduate course, Ph.D. course of college, higher secondary school, or university recognized by the government.
- 11th standard technical or vocational courses of ITI and ITC centers affiliated to the national council of vocational training.
- The course listed under merit cum means scholarship scheme.
- Applicants must belong to minority communities such as Christians, Muslims, Buddhists, Sikhs, Parsi, and Zoroastrians.
- Students must secure 50% marks in the previous examination.
- Students’ family annual income should not exceed Rs. 2,00,000/- (Two Lacs Rupees) P.A is eligible for this scholarship scheme.
- A student must not avail of another scholarship other than this.
- Scholarships will not be awarded to more 2 two persons in a family.
- The scholarships amount will be sanctioned according to the criteria laid down by the state or central government.

2. Central Sector Scholarship CSS: |
- For professional courses – Rs.1000/- PM for the first 3 years and Rs. 2000/- PM for the fourth and fifth year.
- Students must pursue any course at the UG degree level in any government-recognized institution.
- A student who is pursuing private registration, correspondence, or distance education is not eligible for the scholarship scheme.
- Student parental/guardian annual income should not exceed Rs 60, 0000/- (Six lakhs).
- The students must not avail of another scholarship or financial assistance other than this.
- Applicants should not belong to the creamy layer.
Amount of Scholarship:
- For UG Students: Rs.1000/- PM
- For PG Students: Rs. 2000/- PM

3. State Merit Scholarship: |
- Should be a 1st-year student of UG or PG course in government college or university.
- The student must score 50% marks in the qualifying exam.

- For Graduation: Rs. 1250/- PA
- For Post Graduation (PG): Rs. 1,500/- PA

- Students must score “A Plus” in every subject in the SSLC exams conducted by the board.
- The student who should be studying for higher secondary or ITI or Polytechnical course is eligible for this scheme.

9. Suvarna Jubilee Merit Scholarship Eligibility Details: |

- Hostel charges for all physically handicapped (PH) students whose parental/guardian annual income is below Rs 4, 50000/- (Four lakhs and Fifty Thousand).

How to Apply for Kerala Scholarship Online?
- Students are required to apply online for fresh or renewal applications through the NSP official portal https://scholarships.gov.in.
- A student applying for the first time should compulsorily register. Application ID will be login ID and the password is Date of Birth. Do not share application ID and password with others.
- Those students who are applying for the first time or did not get a scholarship last year through NSP may log in again with the same login Id & password.
- Those students who got scholarships last year through NSP are willing to renew for the current session in the same course. Login Id & password are the same as last year.
Scholarship Renewal :
In case of renewal of scholarships awarded in the previous years, maintenance allowance will be paid from the month following the month up to which scholarship was paid in the previous year if the course of study is continuous. The scholarship is dependent on the satisfactory progress and conduct of the scholar.

Every year the Karnataka State Government provides post-matric scholarships for all eligible students through the ePass application. It is one of the most important welfare measures initiated by the Karnataka Backward Class Welfare Department. The main aim is the educational upliftment of poor students.
Currently, the Backward Classes Welfare Department has a separate Commission, continuing programs to provide backward classes with social justice, educational incentives, and financial assistance to the community.
With the last date for application approaching, students are encouraged to avail of this opportunity to further their education. The scholarship covers tuition fees, maintenance allowance, and more, easing the burden on students and their families.
Eligible and desirous students can apply online through the e-Pass official website https://karepass.cgg.gov.in and apply before the last date. Students can then later check and track the Karepass scholarship status online at the e-Pass website.

Kar Epass Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants who belong to SC and ST categories and whose parent’s income is not more than Rs.2 lakhs per annum from all sources are eligible to apply.
- Those belonging to Backward Class (BC), Extremely Backward Class (EBC), and Disabled whose parent’s income is not more than Rs.1 lakhs per annum from all sources are eligible for kar epass scholarship.
- Students with a minimum of 75% attendance are eligible to apply to the scheme.
- Applicants who are studying post-matric in college are recognized by the Karnataka State Govt.
- Students admitted under any sponsored quota or management quota seats are not eligible.
- Students who are pursuing part-time or online courses are not eligible for the scheme.
- Economically Backward Class students studying inter or any equivalent courses.
How to Apply for Karnataka Scholarship Application Online?
Applications invited from eligible backward classes students studying post-graduate courses for 2023-24 scholarship applications online. So, students are requested to apply for fresh and renewal applications on or before last date.
Students are required to apply online only through its Karepass official portal website. To do this:
- Go to this website https://karepass.cgg.gov.in.
- Click on the “Apply Online” button.
- Select “Fresh” or “Renewal” registrations.
- Enter all the required fields like DOB, Hall ticket number, SSLC pass certificate, etc.
- Upload all the necessary required documents.
- Then you may click on the Submit button.

The Government of Himachal Pradesh provides Kalpana Chawla Chhatravriti Yojana or also known as the Kalpana Chawla scholarship scheme for the top meritorious girl students of Himachal Pradesh state in order to inspire them for higher education.

It is to inform all the eligible students that the HP e-Pass portal reopens for the Kalpana Chawla scholarship scheme and other schemes for the academic year 2023-24 for fresh/renewal applicants. No application form would be entertained after the last date.
Under this scheme, an amount of Rs.15000/- (Fifteen Thousand) will be provided to the student per year. It will be given strictly on 10+2 merit declared as such by the H.P Board of School Education, Dharamshala to the students of Government / Government Aided / Private schools affiliated with the H.P. Board of School Education.
Scholarships will be awarded to the girl students who take admitted as regular students in any recognized post 10+2, academic, professional, or technical course from any government-aided or recognized private institution for its full term subject to satisfactory performance each year.
The scholarship will be renewed and carried on till they complete the degree/diploma/certificate course. All the eligible students will have to apply online and submit the application along with a 10+2 certificate, the next successive passing class/ diploma certificate/admission certificate directly to the Director of Higher Education.

How to Apply for Kalpana Chawla Scholarship 2023-24?
- All eligible and meritorious Students can register on the portal by using the link https://scholarships.gov.in.
- After registration on the portal, students may apply for the scheme.
- Students also need to submit the printout of the online application form along with all the necessary certificates directly to the head of the institute.
- Students must submit the previous year’s mark sheet (both semesters) for renewal application and a 10+2 mark sheet for fresh registration.
- Printout copies of all documents uploaded must be submitted at the academic branch.
- The income certificate should be in the name of the parents and the certificate should not be older than one year.
- 2024 is the last date to apply online at the NSP portal.

The scholarship award will be renewed every year till the completion of the degree/diploma/certificate course. For renewal, students must upload the latest bank statement of the bank passbook and should submit the receipt of the previous session to the academic branch.

Thakur Sen Negi Utkrisht Chatravriti Yojana (Scholarship Scheme) 2023-24
Himachal Pradesh is pleased to notify the following guidelines for the implementation of the scholarship of Thakur Sen Negi Utkrisht Chhatravriti Yojna for 2023-24 in the H.P. Education department.
This scholarship will be awarded to the top 100 female and 100 male students who belong to the tribal community of Himachal Pradesh by the H.P. board of school education, strictly on the basis of merit 10+1 and 10+2 classes in a recognized institution within or outside the state. The renewal in +2 will be subject to satisfactory performance in the 10+1 internal examination.
The scholarship will also be given in case the eligible students take admitted in any professional/technical course after matric, in any recognized institution within or outside the state, however, it will be limited to a maximum of 2 years after matric. The renewal in the second year will be subject to satisfactory performance in the first year of the course.
Under this scholarship scheme, an amount of Rs.11000/- per year will be given to each eligible student for successive two years after matric. That the eligible students must belong to ST of HP as declared by the H.P. Government from time to time.

How to Apply TS Negi Utkrisht Chatravriti Yojna 2023-24?
The eligible students will have to apply online on NSP’s official website https://scholarships.gov.in. After registration on the portal, students need to submit the scholarship application form along with the necessary certificates to the respective heads of the institution.
The heads of the institution will then forward the duly filled application form to the Director of Higher Education before the date notified by him in this regard.
