Eligibility for Aids and Appliance to Handicapped People in India:
Applicants aged 5 years to 50 years are eligible
The applicants with more than 40% disability
Deaf, Blind, MR, and Disabled Persons
Applicants’ family annual income should not be more than Rs. 47,000/- (Forty-Seven Thousand) in rural areas and Rs.68000/- (Sixty Eight Thousand) in urban areas.
Financial Material Assistance to Disabled Persons:
A person who has an artificial limb provide Calipers, Tri-cycles, Ghodi, Bicycles, Wheel Chair
An applicant with self-employment provides Hand-Carts, Sewing machines, Shoe Making Material, Carpentry Equipment, Electric Repairing Tools, Computer Repairing Tools, Embroidery Machines
Hearing Aid for Deaf and Musical instruments for Blind persons
Financial material assistance is given up to a limit of Rs. 6,000/- (Six Thousand)
Application forms are available free from the District Social Defence Department and applicants must submit their application forms to the Department.

Free Traveling in Buses:
Scheme of free bus travel in Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC) for physically handicapped people.

Lead Fertilizer Companies act as intermediaries, procuring drones and transferring ownership to the SHGs, while also promoting the use of Nano Fertilizers.
