About the Shamshabad Airport:
In terms of domestic passenger traffic, RGIA is India’s 5th busiest airport and the 6th largest airport overall. The airport opened on March 23, 2008, with an estimated investment of Rs 24,780 million.
Area of Hyderabad Airport: 1,17,000 sq. mt.
The Hyderabad Airport is a T-shaped LEED Silver Certified building with eight storeys and two 250-meter-long piers.
Interim International Departures Terminal(IIDT) is 9000 sq. mt.
Interim Domestic Arrivals Terminal(IDAT) is 2700 sq. mt.
