PMAY Eligibility Criteria:

  • PMAY is only available for SC and ST categories for a new property house.
  • Non-SC, ST, and minorities are under the BPL category.
  • The surviving family members and widows of paramilitary personnel, former service members, and those under a retirement scheme.
  • A family that qualifies for benefits must include a husband, wife, and unmarried sons and/or daughters.
  • No member of the beneficiary family may own a pucca house in India in his or her own name or in the name of another family member.
  • You must not be receiving any other central government support for the purchase or construction of a home.
  • You must submit a self-declaration of your total family income and the relevant property documents.
  • It is required to link your Aadhar card to all loan accounts under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
  • No matter their marital status, an adult earning member might be classified as a separate household.
  • Other minorities like transgender, widows, and those who belong to the lower-income group.

PMAY 2022-23 Beneficiary:
