Some of the facilities that are provided here are Lockers, Dress changing rooms for males and females separately, Drinking water, an ATM counter, a cloakroom, ample parking space, designated areas for smoking, a phone facility, a lost and found counter, availability of wheelchairs and prams and in case any emergency even first aid facility is offered. It has souvenir shops for all kinds of gifts and memorabilia. Wonderla staff also provides student briefings to student groups from schools.

• At the park entrance, identification proof will be verified. Failure to provide a valid ID or furnishing incorrect details will result in the guest being required to pay the difference or purchase new tickets.
• If a guest mistakenly selects a birthday coupon for a higher-priced ticket, they must pay the difference amount at the park on the date of their visit.
