Walking is done from a hard surface to a smooth and soothing component, which improves blood circulation and thus cures a variety of diseases.

According to officials, this also benefits senior citizens and others who suffer from knee joint problems and are unable to walk long distances.

The Panchatatva garden, which includes a pathway, is based on the five natural elements (Panchabhutas) of earth, water, fire, air, and ether.

Acupressure points are activated when you walk barefoot. Panchatatva walk, according to experts, can assist with sleeplessness, improve eyesight, nervous system, immunity, menstruation, and hormonal disorders, reduce inflammation, increase cardiovascular activity, maintain blood pressure, clear the mind, and improve mood.
