Raised in a polygamist family, Garrison has four parents and twelve half-siblings from his father's three other marriages.

Garrison spent his early years in Lehi, Utah, until his family made a significant move to Las Vegas, Nevada, when he was fourteen.

In 2016, Garrison achieved a crucial milestone by graduating from Centennial High School in Las Vegas.

Garrison's decision to enlist in the Nevada Army National Guard, compromising with his father's wishes, led him to undergo basic training in 2016.
