SADAREM stands for Software for Assessment of Disabled for Access Rehabilitation and Empowerment, and it is a program initiated by the Government of Telangana to create a database of differently-abled individuals. The Sadarem Certificate is a document issued to individuals with disabilities who have been assessed and registered under the SADAREM program.
The Sadarem certificate provides details about the type and degree of disability, along with recommendations for rehabilitation and assistive devices required by the individual. The certificate is useful for availing of various government benefits, such as financial assistance, disability pensions, and other welfare schemes.

• A computer-generated disability certificate will be issued with a unique ID number along with an ID card.
• As per the Govt. rules, persons with above 40% disability will be issued disability certificates, and he/she will receive a monthly pension of Rs.1500/-.
• The software will generate all the necessary documents for the individuals.
• The program aims to provide a comprehensive database of persons with disabilities, to enable better planning, implementation, and monitoring of programs and policies for the welfare of disabled individuals in India.
• Fill in the required details, such as name, date of birth, address, disability details, etc.
• Upload scanned copies of documents such as a medical certificate, proof of age, address proof, etc.
• Submit the application form.
• After submitting the form, you will receive an acknowledgment number. Keep this number safe as it will be required for future references.
• After the verification process is completed, a SADAREM certificate will be issued to you.
Apply Offline:
Alternatively, you can also visit the nearest SADAREM camp or MeeSeva center to apply for the certificate. The concerned officials will assist you with the application process and guide you through the required steps. It is important to note that the SADAREM certificate is issued only to those who have a minimum of 40% disability.
All the application form registered in the online portal website is routed to the Department for further processing. The service department officials will verify the application through their field functionary. Before going through verification they will inform the date of verification and all the requirements to collect the prescribed format documents from the candidates and make the report.
Once the verification is done they will upload the certificate along with the necessary documents in the online portal and give the hard copy with supporting documents for the next step as prescribed. Once the application is approved the department will sanction it by following all the terms and conditions, eligibility, and reservations as the service provider prescribed.
The software will generate all the necessary documents such as note orders, reports, beneficiary lists, intimation documents, and sanction proceedings for the individuals. It will also send online details to the applicants about the approval of the service via email, SMS, or by post. The software will generate certificates, reports, and analyses for monitoring and evaluation. You can check the status online by visiting the official website sadarem.telangana.gov.in.
