The main objective of this scholarship scheme is to promote and support financially the meritorious girl students who belong to economically weaker sections and enable them to pursue their higher studies in civil, architecture, and construction management.
Over the last few years, Tata Housing Development Company Limited has successfully re-positioned its programming efforts in alignment with the recommendation of the strategic plan.
The merit-based scholarships to girl students for pursuing higher studies in India are awarded to students primarily for undergraduate professional courses in engineering and construction.
Candidates applying for the Tata housing scholarship award must fulfill the 3 eligibility criteria given below. The scholarships will be given based on a merit basis and preference will be given to candidates belonging to SC and ST categories.
The scholarship is eligible for only girl candidates studying their second year of civil engineering in any four years degree course like Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering, or Bachelor of Architecture in any government-recognized institute in India.
Also, the students pursuing the first year of a full-time two years MBA in Construction Management in any government-recognized institute in India are also eligible for the Tata housing scholarship.
Students studying Civil Engg or Arch must obtain a minimum of 50% marks and the same for the students of MBA in Construction Management.
The parent’s annual income should not exceed 3 Lakh rupees from all sources.
The total scholarship amount is Rs.60000/- for admission, tuition, library, stationery, and examination fees will be reimbursed based on a receipt, and not more than sixty thousand rupees.
Scholarship Renewal:
Candidates will continue to receive the scholarship amount in the third and fourth years of engineering or architecture and the second year of the MBA. Students must secure not less than 50% marks in the previous academic year.

Offline:
All desirous and eligible students may download the application format and submit it along with the required documents before the last date to General Manager (Corporate Sustainability), TATA Housing Development Co. Ltd.,
