T-Works, an initiative of the Telangana Govt, has opened applications for the fellowship program for the academic year 2022, a full-time 12 months paid role based out of Hyderabad for creative individuals with a passion for maker culture.

About T-Works:
T-Works, a Telangana government initiative, and India’s largest prototype center, with the goal of cultivating and celebrating an Indian culture of hobbyists, creators, makers, and innovators who learn, explore and try without being afraid of failure.
The T-Work facility in Hyderabad, TS covers around 78,000 square feet and includes industry-standard tools and state-of-the-art equipment for pottery, welding, sheet metal, machining, PCB fabrication, woodworking, e-workstation, 3D printing, Pre-compliance, finish shop, and more.
It intends to help inventors, creators, hobbyists, students, entrepreneurs, and businesses overcome barriers to prototype development. GE Appliances, Panasonic, Honeywell, Huawei, Cisco, Qualcomm, Oppo, AMD, Microsoft, and Intel are just a few prestigious partners.
It has also built a cooperation platform for partnering with states and Centre government institutions like the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), Centre for Cellular & Molecular Biology (CCMB), National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), etc, which allows T-Works to further reduce hurdles to prototyping by offering equipment, mentors, and talent.
This role is based in Hyderabad and is part of the T-Works fellowship program, for 12 months for creative and enthusiastic people. Fellows will interact with the Govt, corporate, educational, and startups, as well as artists and makers.
Fellows will first learn about the Tworks’ current programs and develop new ones to help the organization achieve its vision. The remaining fellowship will be spent carrying out the initiatives that have been outlined.
Fellows are divided into groups depending on their job experience, skills, and capacities. Fellows can work on projects or programs on their own, with existing teams, or as part of a larger initiative or program.

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have completed formal education in Engg, Management, Arts, Design, Operations, or another related profession.
It will be recommended if you have a Bachelor’s degree, a Diploma, or a Certification in the relevant sector of education.
