College has about 29973 acres of land for college and 38633 acres of land for hospital. Three boys and one girl hostel for UG and PG students are available near main campus. A trainee nurse hostel, staff hostel for sisters and staff nurse.
Officers and class IV employee residential facility is also available. College has administrative block, 14 department and Dissection hall in Anatomy department. College has well equipped Physiology, biochemistry, pathology and pharmaceutical laboratory.
The University today imparts education in eight faculties of Arts, Science, Commerce, Management, Ayurved, Education, Law, and Fine Arts to over 35000 students.
It has under its ambit 61 Associated Colleges which impart teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels to approximately 50,000 students.
