Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE) popularly known as the SSC Board is an independent department functioning under MSE (Ministry of Secondary Education), Govt. of Telangana State.
The Department is responsible for conducting the SSC (Secondary School Certificate) /OSSC Public Examinations and a no. of major and minor examinations as listed below.
Major Exams:
DGE’s office conducts SSC (Secondary School Certificate)/OSSC exams 2 times a year. This is the major exam with the registration of above twelve lakh candidates for Annual examinations and three lakh candidates for Advanced Supplementary Exams.

How to Obtain a Duplicate SSC Certificate/Memo?
• Visit the official website https://bse.telangana.gov.in.
• Click on duplicate SSC performa.
• Download the application form.
• Fill it out properly and attach your passport-size photocopy.
• An affidavit on stamp paper worth Rs.50/-.
• Then submit it to the Board of Secondary Education Telangana.
• File an F.I.R. complaint at the nearest police station and obtained a certificate.
• Take the principal sign, and stamp on the letter of your lost S.S.C certificate.
• Go to the Board of Secondary Education at Chapel Road, Nampally.
• Pay the challan for Rs.250/- towards the fee for obtaining a duplicate SSC.
• After paying the challan submit all the documents.

Once you submitted all documents correctly the board will ask you to collect your SSC Memo at your school after 30 days.

How to Download the Copy of the SSC Certificate Online?
Step – 1:
• Visit the official website https://bse.telangana.gov.in.
• Click on SSC pass students data (Year Wise).
• Select an individual or organization.
• Enter the full name that appears in your SSC certificate.
• Enter “Loss of Original Certificate” in the purpose section.
• Enter your contact mobile number.
• Enter your full address.
• Enter the verification code.
• Click on the Login button.
Step – 2:
• Then enter your “Hall Ticket Number or bearing Roll Number”.
• Select your date of birth.
• Select the passing year of the examination.
• Select the stream of examination (Regular/Private/Adv-Suppl).
• Enter the verification code.
• Click on Submit button.
• The duplicate memorandum of marks will display on your computer.
• Take a printout for future reference.
