1. Students who got admission through counseling in the convener quota in professional courses are only eligible to apply in such courses. Students admitted under spot admissions and management quota is not eligible for post-matric scholarships.
2. After filling up the application online in complete shape, take a print and submit the application format along with the copy of necessary documents in the College.
3. Please provide your ration card number if available (not compulsory) in the online application form
4. Students perusing the same level of courses twice are not eligible.
5. Renewal students of 2021-22 are not eligible for fresh registration in 2020-21. They must register as renewal only.
6. Obtain the latest income certificate in the new format prescribed by the Revenue department. Scan it and upload. The size of the image should be less than 100 KB. Enter the details of income in the fields provided.
7. Obtain your caste certificate from the Mandal revenue officer in the format prescribed by the revenue department. Scan it and upload. The size of the image should be less than 100 KB and in *.jpg format. Enter the details of the caste certificate in the fields provided
8. The students with scholarship-type college attached hostel are informed the mess charges are credited to your college hostel bank accounts. The exam Fee is credited to the student’s bank account online.
9. The addition or modification of data is not possible after clicking on confirm or submit. Addition or modification in data can be done only at college or field officer or any district officer level.
10. Upload the scanned image of your passport size color photograph.
11. If any change of college, course, and course year is required after submission can be made at the college level.
12. EBC students pursuing Intermediate courses are not eligible for scholarships.
13. If the student does not have a bank account number in his name, ePASS will give SBI eZ pay cards after verification by the field officer. Students need not open any bank account.
14. EBC students pursuing intermediate courses are not eligible for scholarships.
15. The students pursuing open university studies and distance learning are not eligible for scholarships.
16. Fresh students should take a printout of the application for submission in college along with relevant certificates. The application form is also available at https://epasswebsite.cgg.gov.in.

What are MTF & RTF Means?
RTF means reimbursement of tuition fees which credits to your college account.
MTF means mess tuition fee which credits in the bank account of the student.
Bank Details:
Students should be informed to approach the bank for opening the account. As soon as the account is opened, the student should submit an attested copy of the first page of the Bank passbook which shows the student name and account number clearly as proof of a valid account being opened. It should be submitted to the field officer.
Once the valid accounts are received by the CGG, the same shall be sent to the Director of Treasuries and Accounts for third-party verification of bank accounts, furnished by the District Officers.
Upon confirmation and validation by the third party, the module will be released for online submission of bills in respect of college-attached hostels and department-attached hostels for preferring the bills for CAH & DAH.
Mess charges payable on behalf of the students shall be remitted to the hostel wardens concerned to the account of the hostel warden of the college attached hostels and department attached hostels.
The examination fee shall be payable only to the student provided he furnishes his account which is validated by the department. No student can give an account number other than his own personal account.
Guidelines for Fresh Scholarship Applications:
1. Scanned image of Passport Photograph of size less than 30KB.
2. Student’s Email address (If you don’t have to create one with Yahoo, Gmail, and Rediff, etc.).
3. Mobile Number for SMS alerts.
4. SSC or equivalent examination hall ticket/roll number or scholarship application no.
5. Caste Certificate (Scanned Image of size less than 100 KB in *.jpg format.
6. Income Certificate (Scanned Image of size less than 100 KB in *.jpg format.
7. The entire above-mentioned list is necessary for fresh scholarship registration. If any one of the above is not ready don’t start filling the form.
How To Check Epass Application Status Online?
• Go to the official website https://epasswebsite.cgg.gov.in.
• Select the state.
• Select your scholarship type post-matric or pre-matric.
• Enter the application number, academic year, hall ticket number.
• Enter the SSC pass year, SSC pass type, and date of birth.
• Click on the Get Status button.
