Here is how you can apply for your lost PAN card online with a few simple steps:
• Visit the official website of NSDL and TIN. Click on the ‘PAN card application’ option from the menu, and click on the ‘Reprint PAN Card’ option from the various options displayed on the screen.
• Click on the ‘Online application for changes or correction in PAN data” option and you will see a tab displayed on the screen with a set of guidelines regarding the application of a PAN card. Read the guidelines carefully, and select the type of PAN card you want to apply for.
• After you select the type of PAN card, you can fill the application form with accurate details carefully as asked. Fill in the details; upload the relevant documents along with a photograph that has to be submitted along with the application form.
• Submit the application and then pay the application fee using either debit/credit cards or net banking. After you pay the relevant application fee, you will receive an acknowledgment number that has to be kept safe for future reference.
