Google Adsense Payment Not Received in My Bank Account

If you are a blogger like me or a YouTuber and did not receive Adsense Payment in your bank account no matter which you are using (SBI, HDFC, Union Bank of India, ICICI, Kotak, Axis, India, Bank, etc) then this post is for you.

Even though we all got the email on the 21st of every month from the Google Adsense team but still sometimes may not get the money in our account.

Like many of you, I have gone to ask Bank regarding the payment but all they say is “They Don’t Know Anything” & “Ask Google” there might be a problem from their side.

As it is mention on Adsense Support Page if you did not receive payment after 15 business days then contact the AdSense Support Team they can help.

So I have then contacted to Google Adsense support team regarding the payment and requested a SWIFT/UTR code to trace the wire transfer payment.

For this, we have to fill the form by visiting the link given below.

Enter your publisher ID, payment date, payment number (you can find the payment number in your Google AdSense account in the payment option), and payment amount.

Once you submit the form you will receive an email saying “We have received your request and our team will be responding to you as soon as possible. Typically, this will be within 48 office hours”.

Since I have submitted the form on Sunday 14th February 2021 I have received an email on Tuesday 16 February 2021 saying.

“We have opened an investigation with our bank in order to trace this payment and we will keep you updated every 2-3 business days.

However, please remember that it may take up to 10-14 business days for the bank to respond.

In order to speed up the process, you may also contact your bank to trace it from their end”.

Then finally the next day on 17th February 2021 I have received the email that includes the Swift (UTR) code to track my Adsense payment.

So the very next day I take the printout of the email and went to the bank. I talk to the General Manager and gave the Swift (UTR) code She then checked and called the head office to enquire.

A few minutes later She said that the payment was on hold from the bank side due to some unknown reason.

She then asked me to wait as the money will be transferred to my account in 2 to 3 working days.

After 3 days I have got the money.

If any of you did receive the amount comment to us and we will guide and help you track the payment.

Conclusion:

All you have to do is:

  • Contact Adsense support to request Swift /UTR code through the form.
  • Once you received the email with the Swift /UTR code.
  • Then take a printout and go to the bank (SBI, ICICI, HDFC, Union Bank, Kotak, Axis, etc.)
  • Talk to them and give them the Swift code to track the payment.

  • I follow the process in adsense support team but whenever I answer the question on the troubleshooter and click on the form, it takes me to admob and I’m using adsense. I count the days and it is more than 15 business days, I excluded weekends in my counting but still there is no solution.

    This “Support Form” link doesn’t work anymore, I’m talking to them via email for almost a month asking for the SWIFT code or UTR number and they keep sending me this link, but whenever I click on it, it goes to the FAQ page, I’m so desperate.

  • How much money does Union Bank of India deduct from Adsense payments? Can you shed some light on this matter?
