Swami Dayanand Education Foundation (SDEF) announces its Merit Merit-cum-Means Scholarship program for the academic year 2023-24 open to students pursuing undergraduate courses at various Government and private colleges in India.
Swami Dayanand Education Foundation has been providing college scholarships in India since 2015. The foundation has been putting in efforts to extend scholarships both in India and the United States, with a goal of reaching over 200 students annually. This scheme is open to undergraduate students from all colleges and universities.
The main objective of the scheme is to provide grants to students who belong to economically weaker sections of our society to offer them better opportunities for higher education increase their rate of attainment in higher education and improve their employability.
The Foundation offers MCM scholarship support of up to Rs.50,000 to exceptionally talented yet financially disadvantaged students in India who are pursuing professional courses. It aims to identify and support the most gifted students, enabling them to access top-quality education opportunities within India.
The online application process is easy to apply and communication with the SDEF is easy as well. Eligible students can easily apply online by logging into the official website www.swamidayanand.org. The last date to apply for a fresh application is 31st October 2023 and the last date for the application of renewal is 30th November 2023.

The scheme is open for only Indian citizens to complete their studies in India.
Open to all undergraduate courses and current college students.
Students must have secured at least 75% or above Marks in 12 / CGPA of at least 7.5.
Students’ parental annual income should not be more than Rs. 6, 00000/- (Six Lakhs).
The applicant’s age should not be more than 25 years.
Selection will be made based on merit & family background checks like the percentage of marks and parental annual income.
50% of scholarships are earmarked for female candidates.
This scheme is open all year for undergraduate courses.
